While I know you have many resources available to you I hope to provide value for what it is you are looking for. My intention is to share what I know and learn right along with you. I have been thinking a lot about what I should include on my first post and there are just so many things I want to share. Rather than overwhelm you with all my thoughts all at once I think it is best to start from today. AND how cool is it that it is October 1st — my favorite month of the year because in just a few days I will be celebrating my 5Oth birthday! To me this is the best birthday present ever to have a place to share everything I have learned while on my on personal journey to health.

I will briefly share with you that for me Health and Wellness is doing everything I can on a daily basis to be the best I can be. Some days I may not eat what I know is best. Some days I may not move as much as I should BUT overall I want to live as abundantly as I can without always worrying about what I am putting in my mouth. I will make good choices 90% of the time but I will not beat myself up for the 10% that I don’t.
AND I want to help others experience the same with all the choices they make.
